Annual Family Offsites

The Annual Family Offsite is an opportunity for the family to step away from our day-to-day lives and spend intentional time together, focused on connection, learning, communication, and long-term continuity.

These gatherings are designed to strengthen relationships across generations while creating space for meaningful conversations about the family’s shared future, ownership and beneficiary responsibilities, governance, philanthropy, and legacy. In addition to educational and strategic discussions, the offsite also provides time for informal connection, relationship-building, and shared experiences as a family.

This section of the website will serve as the archive and resource center for annual offsites including:

  • Agendas and Schedules

  • Pre-Read Materials and Educational Resources

  • Meeting Notes and Summaries

  • Follow-Up Action Items and Next Steps

The Annual Family Offsite is intended to help the family remain connected not only through shared ownership, but through shared understanding, communication, and relationships that can support the family system for generations to come.
